Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

1. General
This Refund Policy applies to all services and packages purchased from KASEVA Pty Ltd (“KASEVA”). By booking a service or purchasing a package, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Services and Packages

  • All services are billed at the listed rate and must be paid in full before commencement.

  • Packages (prepaid service hours) are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.

  • Unused hours will expire at the end of the validity period and are non-refundable.
     

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking with more than 24 hours’ notice without penalty.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full, and any prepaid hours will be deducted.
     

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If KASEVA is unable to deliver the booked service due to internal error or cancellation.

  • If a technical error results in duplicate payment for the same service.
     

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after booking.

  • Unused hours in a package after expiry.

  • Partially used packages.

  • Services already delivered.
     

5. Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@kaseva.co

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

  • KASEVA reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the conditions above.
     

6. Consumer Rights
This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
