Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
1. General
This Refund Policy applies to all services and packages purchased from KASEVA Pty Ltd (“KASEVA”). By booking a service or purchasing a package, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Services and Packages

All services are billed at the listed rate and must be paid in full before commencement.

Packages (prepaid service hours) are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.

Unused hours will expire at the end of the validity period and are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking with more than 24 hours’ notice without penalty.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full, and any prepaid hours will be deducted.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

If KASEVA is unable to deliver the booked service due to internal error or cancellation.

If a technical error results in duplicate payment for the same service.
Refunds are not available for:

Change of mind after booking.
-
Unused hours in a package after expiry.
-
Partially used packages.
-
Services already delivered.
5. Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@kaseva.co

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

KASEVA reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the conditions above.
6. Consumer Rights
This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
