Service Description
Our variation analysis service compares tender drawings and contract documents with current construction drawings to identify scope changes and cost impacts. We account for factors such as price fluctuations when contracts were let years before works commenced, as well as additional works that fall outside the original scope. Each variation is prepared with precision and includes a standard 10% margin for our service. Once a variation order is approved, any hourly fees already billed are subtracted. This approach gives clients full transparency on costs, confidence in accuracy, and assurance that every outcome is fair and defensible.
Cancellation Policy
KASEVA Terms & Conditions 1. Services KASEVA provides specialist construction support services, including variation analysis, take-offs, and material alternatives. Services are delivered based on information supplied by the Client. KASEVA is not responsible for errors, delays, or omissions caused by incomplete or inaccurate information. 2. Bookings & Packages Services are billed at the listed rate and must be paid in full at booking. Packages (prepaid service hours) are valid for 6 months from purchase. Unused hours expire and are non-refundable. 3. Payment All fees are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise noted. Payment is required before Services commence. KASEVA may suspend or withhold deliverables for late or non-payment. 4. Cancellations & Refunds Bookings cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Refunds are at KASEVA’s discretion and not available for partially used packages. 5. Deliverables & Ownership Deliverables remain the property of KASEVA until payment is received. Once paid, the Client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for their project only. Deliverables must not be copied, resold, or distributed without written consent. 6. Liability KASEVA’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. KASEVA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, project delays, or authority rejections. Services are advisory only and do not guarantee specific outcomes. 7. Confidentiality & Privacy Client information will be treated as confidential and used only to provide Services. Data is managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 8. Termination KASEVA may terminate Services if the Client fails to pay or breaches these Terms. All fees for work completed remain payable. 9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of South Australian courts. 10. Acceptance Booking or payment confirms the Client’s full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The Client acknowledges and agrees to KASEVA’s fee structure, including the application of a 10% margin for KASEVA's services on all variations, with any hourly fees already billed to be subtracted from the final amount payable.
